In the engine of the powershift transmissions, there is used a dry shudder in the clutch that will prevent the
gear oil to come out and affected the clutch module and the dual clutch
transmission has also as many as up to seven years warranty periods which is
the maximum in any transmission parts.
The issue of the jerky
movement in first & second gear or in case of sudden acceleration in the
automatic transmission is not found in the powershift transmissions. The heat
transfer of the clutch material is amazing.
Computer Chip:
The transmission
control module in short TCM has a computer chip for the smooth operation of the
clutch materials which can able to diagnosis minor error automatically. That
feature is extraordinary in powershift transmissions vehicles. These chip need
to do the calibration in regular interval to analyze the function of the engine
or any problems in the future.
